Imaging :-In order to create error-free new products, we have installed 3D imaging software with dual 5 megapixel camera that view product from 360 degrees. It helps to detect any deviation earlier before starting production in larger volume. The 3D printers are also installed to check the images in 3D prints from the ABS and plastic objects samples. Our design department is equipped with other advanced software like CAE software, CAD CAM, Unigraphics, Solid works, AutoCAD, PRO-E, Hyper form & LS-Dynapoly to design and develop gauges, fixture, press tools, injection moulds, and component drawings.

Fumigation: -Our staffs ensure the stuffed containers are not damaged by the attack of pests and insects. So a complete and thorough fumigation or a pest control process is followed. Along with the original documents of the containers, the fumigation certificate is attached in order to make it easier for the customers during the custom clearance. The fumigation is important to keep away any kind of disease or insects enter the country while instant cleaning of the containers.
