Over 70% of all metal castings are produced via sand casting process. Sand casting is relatively cheap and sufficiently refractory even for steel foundry use.
Different sand - resin sand, coated sand, green sand, waterglass sand - for different processing, material, purpose, casting methods, for example, shell mold casting with coated sand, resin sand for small and simple steel parts, waterglass sand for better surface. And other modeling methods - lost foam casting, vacuum casting for large size parts.

Our factory is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province of North China, which is known for its well-established casting and machining industry.

Definitely! Please send us your drawings and related requirements. We will produce your requested samples as soon as possible.
4. Q: How does your factory control quality
- Various type of advanced testing equipment, including but not limited to Coordinate Measuring System, Ultrasonic Tester, and Imaging Spectrometer to help detect and minimize defects.
