1.Our retractable steering shaft has a connection device consisted of shaft and the shaft sleeve.
2. Shaft end fitted with universal joint to connected with direction machine.
3.There’s steel balls between the shaft and the shaft sleeve. The structure was anti-shedding designed.
4.The steel ball is clamped between the shaft and shaft sleeve which can realise free rolling. Also can roll along with the axial direction in a certain range.
5.Because of the steel balls between the shaft and shaft sleeve, make it transmit radial torque and generate a displacement of the axial direction.
6.Shaft and shaft sleeve pass through the radial torque, achieved to transfer the torque from the steering wheel to direction machine.
7.Shaft and shaft sleeve generate axial displacement which can achieve the shock absorption cushioning between the cab and Chassis.
8. Meet the requirement of stroke when the cab rollover.
Weight: 1pcs is about 6.5kg/14.33lb
