Description of the bearing:
1)The spherical roller bearing has two rows of rollers with a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis.
2)For the spherical roller bearing, in addition to high radial loads, accommodate high axial loads acting in both directions
3)The spherical roller bearings are self-aligning and insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to shaft deflection or bending.
4)Because of the difference of the floating guide ring and the design of inner ring an/or cage, the bearings have the C(J), EC(J), CA, CAF, ECA, ECAF,CAFA designs and so on
5)There are many different designs of the spherical roller bearing: Open Bearing, Sealed Bearing, Bearings for vibratory applications, and so on
Double Row Spherical Roller Bearing
Spherical Roller Bearings are inherently self-aligning and very robust. The two rows of rollers make the bearings able to carry heavy loads. Invented by and refined over the years, the present range of spherical roller bearings includes a wide range of sizes of several ISO Dimension Series and also includes special designs, for example, for vibrating screens and similar applications. More recently a range of sealed spherical roller bearings has been added to the assortment. Split spherical roller bearings are usually based on the standard bearings but can be customized as required.
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis . This gives them an attractive combination of design features making them irreplaceable in many demanding applications. They are self-aligning and consequently insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to shaft deflection or bending.
Application:
Spherical Roller Bearings are commonly used in agricultural machines such as combined harvesting machine, air-blower, paper-machine, textile machine, woodworking machinery, overhead crane moving wheel andriving shaft as well as a large number of non agricultural applications.
