Full ceramic bearing is non-magnetic, non-conductive, wear and corrosion resistant.
It runs smoothly without oil or grease, which means nearly no maintenance is
required during working. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature
usage. At present, full ceramic bearing has been applied in chemical, metallurgical,
food, electronic and other industry. ceramic ball bearings, ceramic roller bearings
Zirconia materials have fine crystalline
and density higher than 6.05g/cm3. Thus the full ceramic bearing
has specially excellent combined performance, especially the corrosion resistance.
Full ceramic bearing is not suitable for high speed operation.
