This machine is exclusively used in various kinds of leather skiving the edge and skiving thin the leather,with unique advanced construction design,it is the necessary equipment of all kinds of high-end shoe and leather goods making.And equipped with pneumatic rise and fall the presser foot device, control the presser foot rise and fall by pneumatic replace by manual work.especially suit for skiving the middle of leather goods.
(1) Advance electronic stepless speed regulating feeding system , skiving control by pedal and automatic two ways, The feeding speed and control way can do any setting according to the characteristic of leather and the proficiency of operators ,The operator can skiving various shapes of workpieces without experience.
(2) Precision round knife spindle system with constant,steady round knife rotation speed,to ensure the quality of skiving.
(3) Stongly dust collection system,which can guarantee the health of operator and cleanly working environment.
(4) Sharpen knife system,with the on-off switch,greatly to reduce the unnecessary part wear,improve the service life.
(5) There are various types of presser foot and feed wheel for optional,so that can meet any technical requirements of processing.
(6) Use of pneumatic device to control the presser foot rise and fall,which have able to skiving the middle of leather.
(7) During ordinary skiving process , replace manual with pneumatic to control the presser foot rise ( to safe location) and lower ( to worklocation),the operation will be more simple and easy.
