The Shear Mixer agitator is assembled to the main shaft by bolts and screws to allow easy dismantling and replacement.A high speed chopper and plow function allow for diffusion and shearing within the agitator and removes the potential issues of mass gathering, static or mutually exclusive material by ensuring all materials are included in the continuous mixing process.The option also exists for it to function in a crushing and mixing effect, preventing unwanted accumulation of product.
