Brief Introduction

DASWELL JS series concrete mixer is twin-shaft compulsory mixer. Not only it can work independently, but also it can be adopted as the mixer in the high-end concrete batching plant.

It has the advantages of high efficiency, good mixing, compact structure, novelty appearance, easy to install, no leakage problem, less maintenance work, etc, it has won good reputation from our customers.

Features of double-shaft compulsion concrete mixer

1. Shaft ends multi seal protection and air purge seal protection to efficiently prevent leakage.

2. Unique mixer monitoring system to monitor working conditions of gearbox, discharge door pump, and electronic lubrication pump.

3. Special electronic lubrication pump, 4 separate independent pump cores for direct oil feeding without dividing valve.

4. Multi-pipe water sparying system to ensure even water distribution.

5. Adopt Italian BONFIGLIOLI reducer, long service life, low noise, no leak.
