Introduction
Manual slide gate valve is also called manual knife gate , it is a gate which the gate plate is always in close contact with the valve seat. The principle is to open a square or round hole on the gate plate, through the opening and closing of the gate plate, the hole will do off and consistent action with the following connected holes.

Installation instructions
1.Manual slide gate valve should be checked the gate cavity and the sealing surface before installation, not allow dirt or sand attachment;
2.The bolt joints, require even tighten;
3.Check the packing requirements of pressed parts, both to ensure the tightness of packing, but also to ensure the gate open and flexible;
4. Before installing, the gate must be check the model, connection size and attention to media flow, ensure consistency with the requirements of the valve;
5. Before installing the gate, the gate driver must reserve the necessary space;
6. The wiring drive circuit diagram shall be carried out;
7. Manual gate must be regularly maintained, are not free to collision and extrusion, so as not to affect the sealing.
