Application of hand press briquette
hand press briquette is used for making coal fines / ash / dust into briquettes. Also fit for pressing coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, mineral powder, metal dust, cast iron dust, mill scale, manganese ore fines, fluorite powder, gypsum powder, ferrosilicon powder, and phospho gypsum powder, nickel alloy, blast furnace ash, converter dust, coal gangue, Kaolin clay, MgO, NPK, graphite, oil shale, potash fertilizer, urea fertilizer, sea sand powder etc. into briquettes. The briquettes can be designed different shape & size.
Introduction of hand press briquette
The hand press briquette is a kind of moulding equipment which is used for powder materials . As for the mineral power, hand press briquette can press many kinds of mineral power into pillow or oval shape ,and the finished products can be put into the furnace to make mineral. what's more ,the finished balls can drop down for 2 meter's height and won't be broken and enjoys high heat intensity and cold strength .
Working principle of hand press briquette:
This series of hand press briquette will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer.The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll,Natural materials to enter the ball roll mode, with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger, When the material to the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak. Tremendous pressure in the role of line, the materials become a finished product from the powder ball.
