Rotary dryer/Drum Drier is widely used in mining industry, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry, and etc.We a professional manufacture of rotary drum dryers. we've designed various rotary dryers for drying slag, limestone, coal powder, clay, sawdust, oil palm fiber, grass, river stone, poultry dung, ores, rock sand and etc for our customers both at home & abroad.
Advantages of Sand Drying Mahchine Rotary Sand Dryer with Capacity 30tons per hour:
1.High technical content, self insulation cylinder body, 80% thermal efficiency (single- cylinder dryer is only 35%), coal saving is 68% than single-cylinder dryer and output increases 100%
2. The length is good for technical layout, 60% shorter than single-cylinder dryer. Also it’s about 20m³area, reducing plant area and saving 40% investment
3.adopt heat resistant and wear resistant steel plate, 4 times wear resistant than the general steel plate, long service time and convenient to maintain.
4. outside cylinder body temperature is below 60°(single cylinder temperature is up to 150°), with low outlet temperature.

cylinder, lifters, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring, feeding device, discharging device, gear, gearbox, electric motor, cyclone dust collector, furnace and etc.

direct flow or counter flow. It is based on the different materials.
Rotary Dryer Drum Drier principle of operation:
The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.
Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
