Cement Packer Introduction
The cement packing machine is mainly used for packing cement in bags, or other fluit powdery material's bagging work. Except manual sidekick, baggs can't fall off unless the bulking load reach centain amount. The machine can stop immediately when bag happens to fall of suddenly. It can charge load without compressing air, which reduces the packer damadge caused by damaged pneumatic components.

The filling process is as follows
- First the bag holding cylinder clamps the bag on to the nozzle so that the bag doesnot fall off
- Then the system tares itself.
- If the tare's weight is within set limits the slide gate open and simultaneously the impeller motor starts the coarse filling.
- After the weight reaches a predetermined value during coarse filling, the slide gate partially closes, converting the coarse filling to fine filling.
- Once the set weight is reached the impeller motor stops, the cement in the nozzle is blown into the bag and simultaneously the slide gate closes.
- If the weight is invariance to the set point corrective action, as per selection or programs, is taken automatically.
- Design Capacity for material filling.-15 TPH/Nozzle, No of nozzle can be accommodate as per client requirement against capacity.
Application:
This type of cement packing machine is mainly used for pouring cement, or other good floating performance material power into bags.
The cement packing machines include mechanical weighing type and microcomputer weighing type.
