This series of products are mainly used for cement packing and also for the other powder and granular materials with good floating performance, during the packing process, except manually inserting bags on the discharging spouts, it can realize the work of filling up, weighing, falling down bags automatically and continuously.
This series have 3 types with different No. of spouts, 8 spouts,10 spouts, and 12 spouts. We can produce as per your requirement.
Functions:
- Filling cement, when inserting a bag;
- Bag will not fall down, when its weight doesn’t reach the set value;
- One bag falls off accidently; the flashboard will shut down immediately.
Features:
- Accurate weighing, lower energy consumption;
- Great packing capacity and easy maintenance;
- Realize functions of bag mouth pressing and releasing, opening and closing flashboards, falling bag down automatically without any pneumatic components, reduce a lot of troubles caused by pneumatic components damage.
