Cement packer is the commonly used packing equipment in cement industry. Cement packer is applicable for cement quantitative semi-automatically packing into valve port bags.

Working principle:
Materials are fed into butter hopper through pneumatic butterfly valve and exhaust air uniformly. Then materials are filled into valve bags by feeding screw with frequency control. Control feeding amount by controlling screw and rotate speed. When the bag is full, bag clamping unit opens by control system. By the pneumatic bag chair, bags are turned over to the convey belt and conveyed away. During all the progress, the system returns back to primary position and start the next packing.
