Reformed rubber elevator conveyor belt
Features:
1.The carcass of belt is made of a kind of rubber dipped
synthetic canvas that consist of low stretched polyester
warp and Nylon weft. There is a wear resistant fabric
being added on belt bottom side which contact with
elevator pulley: it is a high performance belt suitable
for grain and food processing industry.
Supply terms of reformed elevator belt:
1. The company’s common model belt include – 600YP / 800YP / 1000YP, in which 600YP/800YP can be supplied
according to customer’s demand on length and width of belt for the purpose of reducing customers’ unnecessary
stock. : 1000YP can be supplied according to customer’s demand on width but minimum length should be 100m or
200m2. The other model belt can be customized but single order quantity should be no less than 300mm (W) x 50m (L),
in the meantime, the parameter for other mold belt or complete roll common model belt such as total belt thickness,
cover rubber thickness, strength grade also can be customized according to customer’s detail demand.
3. We can provide punching hole service for customer easy installing upon request.
