Now HJ Multi-channel Intelligent Vortex Flow Rotary Kiln Burner has possessed a number of independent patent technology property rights, and successfully repeated verification and adopted by several important cement plant.
1. Supersonic wind speed, mixture of air and coal with high thrust and large velocity difference.
The external axial wind speed higher than 1.1 Mach; Pulverised coal wind speed 25--30 m/s, the mixture of air and pulverised coal mix very well, the burn-off rate of pulverised coal can reach more than 99%.
2. The flame shape could be adjustment sleeplessly, suitable for different kilns.
Except the coal powder wind channel, other 3 wind channels could be adjusted at any time to suit for all kinds of complicated work environment.
3. Good flame shape, powerful flame, good stiffness, no peak temperature.
The whole firing zone has strong and even thermal radiation, which is helpful to the growth of clinker agglomeration and mineral crystal phase, no hurting the kiln crust, with excellent maintainability of refractory brick.
4. Environmental friendly, low nitrogen oxide emission.
Because of the greatly largely decreasing usage of primary air, at the same time, on the function of the external axial flow and Vortex Flow wind, avoiding peak temperature; compared with traditional low momentum pulverized coal burner, it significantly decreases NOx emission by 20-35%.
5. Low primary air volume, obvious energy-saving effect.
Coal saving：the primary wind is 4％-5％, the flexible adjustment of external axial flow and Vortex Flow wind, high combustion efficiency. Compared with traditional rotary kiln burner, coal saving is up to 5-15％.
Electricity saving：the installed capacity of the wind distribution skill of combustion system is greatly decreased, compared with traditional rotary kiln burner, electricity saving is up to 15-35％.
6. Wear proof and anti-corrosion, long service life.
The head of the burner adopts HJ additives for diamond tools combined with thermal spray techniques, it has better corrosion proof and abrasion proof performance, with antioxidant above 1200℃. The normal service life can be up to 1 year under full load, and the whole machine is up to 2 years.
