5BY-5A seed chemical treater adopts air compressor and medicine spoon for coating medicine supply. It uses spray nozzle for coating medicine atomization, stainless steel drum for mixing the seeds with atomized medicine.
Application of 5BY-5A seed dresser:
The 5BY-5A Wheat Maize Seed Chemical Coating Machine is a good choice for coating seeds. It applies for various crops, such as seed of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybean, cotton, vegetables , fruits etc.
Working Principle of 5BY-5A seed dresser :
Seeds will be quantificationally fed into the rotary drum through feeding bucket, at the same time quantitative medicine will be atomized by air compressor and sprayed to the surface of seeds, then the seed and medicine will be well mixed in the rolling drum.
The seeds will be coated with liquid medicine before the sowing, for prevent pest eaten and for better germination.
