HZX-60 vacuum dewatering pump
The process of concrete vacuum pump is aspirating free water from concrete to reduce water-ash ratio of the concrete and speed up the construction progress, which improves the concrete tightness as well as early stage strength of the concrete greatly. After the vacuum pump surface treatment, the concrete strength will be improved by 20-60%, the freezing resistance will be improved by 2-2.5 times, the wearable resistance will be improved by 1-2 times, the binding force of reinforcing bar will be improved by 20-25%, and the cement consumption is cut by approx. 25%. And match with flexible absorbent pad.
