The foaming machine is including the pumping cement system, foam generator system, mixing system and transporting foam mortar to high floor.

1. The foaming machine is composed by the pumping system, foam generator system, mixing system, rack, electrical control cabinet.
2. The pumping system consists of a squeeze pump. No mechanical seal, the self-absorption ability, self-cleaning properties, and the structure is simple and easy to maintain. Its unique no mechanical sealing structure, so that will not produce mechanical seal pumps all leaked; the smooth hose cavities so that it can pump suction of the fluid containing impurities, various fiber objects and the particle diameter is less than 1/4 diameter of the solid slurry will not produce any blockage or malfunction; does not occur in dry running of the pump shaft seals, bearings or stator fault; special principle of the pump, but also various types of gas-containing materials can be pumped, cavitations does not occur; the overall efficiency of the pumped fluid is only in contact with the hose, therefore, the pump is capable of delivering all the rubber can withstand corrosive or abrasive media; the pump can also be operated in reverse, low power consumption, the pump 75 % volumetric efficiency, 98% of the total volumetric efficiency.

4. The foaming system uses standard modular structure, composed of inverter motors, air compressors, pumps, foaming gear pump, foam assembly.

6. Electrical control system consists of the inverter, AC contactors, air switches, and intermediate relay.
