1. Brief Introduction of Oil Press Machine
This series of oil press is a new generation of high efficiency and energy saving oil press equipments developed by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization of Sciences and us. 2.Working process of Oil Press Machine
The oil press is composed with electrical control system, automatic heating system, adjusting system, transmission system and vacuum filter system etc. Press screw is carburized steel alloy, which increase the surface hardness and abrasive resistance. Press row is polished by flat grinder, ensure oil accuracy of oil line, increase the oil extraction rate. Electrical device, vacuum device, automatic heating device etc. are selected from China famous brand product, optimizing the machine configuration.
