CS3185 composting turner fertilizer trough turning machine for oganic waste
Introduction Trough Turner
The trough turner is suitable for aerobic compost. It can work together with solar compost house,
compost tunnel and transfer carriage.
Together with transfer carriage, the turner can move from one tunnel to others.Working on tunnel,
turner can achieve continual or batch discharge.
Applications
Trough turner equipment is mainly for manure, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, bad meal and
straw residue sawdust and other organic waste fermentation turning, widely used in organic
fertilizer plants, fertilizer plants, sludge dumps , horticulture plantation and other fields, and white
button mushrooms and remove moisture
fermentation composting operations.

FDSP has sold fertilizer machinery,feed machinery and biomass machinery throughout China and
exported to Korea, South Africa,Russia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Egypt, Syria,
Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Iran etc. A complete set of
fertilizer production line with capacity of 10tph was exported to South Korea in 2008;a complete set
of pulverized coal pellet production line with capacity of 30t/h was
exported to South Africa in 2009.Three complete sets of feed production lines were
export to Egypt with capacity of 10tph, 15tph and 20tph respectively from 2010 to
2012. A large model of pellet mill with capacity of 25tph was export to Thailand in 2013.
