Main Machine in Feed Mill Plant:
------ Grinding System (SFSP568, 30kw)
SFSP Series hammer mill is widely used for grinding for maize, grain sorghum, paddy, grain, wheat, beans, sorghum, etc;
With impeller feeder, Siemens motor and SKF berings imported from Sweden;
It is derived from tear circle type hammer mill and efficiency can be improved by 45%-90% comparing to universal hammer mill;
The right aspriation can make materials go through screen quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output effectively;
With high quality hammer slice and hammer beater parts.
----- Mixing System (SLHY1, 11KW)
Gentle Mixing Process, short mixing cycle, high homogenity.
The mixing chamber is constituted by twin screw and atomizing system.
The filling seal is adopted for ends of shaft to improve tightness and prevent from leakage;
Specially designed discharger has big door-opening angle and quick discharging with little residue; Good tightness and no leakage;
Pneumatic or Electric driven discharging is uses with correct, stable move and good tightness.
----- Pelleting System (SZLH320, 37kw)
------ Cooling & Sifting System (SKLN2.5, 1.1kw)
The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture.
Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging, low residue.
Low power consumpution, easily operation.
Pellet temperature after cooling is less than +3℃-5℃ ambient temperature.
It is suitable for pellet cooling and grading.
