What are the main features of FOCUS Concrete Truck Mixer?

  1. Oil tank and radiator are imported top brand combination with temperature control switch and vacuum meter while oil change and maintenance are easily realized for our mixer truck.
  2. Pump, motor and reducer in FOCUS mixer truck are all original imported AMERICA static pressure driving system with big driving torque and high efficiency.
  3. Imported hose and connector are separately from GERMANY EMB and ITALY MANULI.
  4. Hose buckling device is totally from GERMANY HYDAC.
  5. Stirring vat auto-welding improves FOCUS mixer truck production efficiency and makes welding quality finer.
  6. Tri-axial design and three-section double logarithm helix surface design can ensure concrete speedy feeding and discharge and low surplus rate in our mixer truck.
  7. Fault indicator for the mixer truck can check all welding seams of stirring vat to ensure good welding quality after it's being welded by auto-welding machine.
  8. Truck frame adopts tri-axial lineation machining, and adopts laser check to ensure an accurate installation position.
