How to get a sample?
Step1: provide your drawing and requirements to us.
Step2: we make quotation.
Step3: negotiation and confirm product details.
Step4: confirm sample cost, freight and delivery.
Note:
Sample unit cost will be 3 times based on the final quotation.
Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.
Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20days.(up to the products)
Step5: provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.
Step6: we start production, and keep you informed updated news.
Step7: send you details and photos when qualified sample is finished.
Step8: make shipment after above information is confirmed.

| 1. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc. |
| 2. Sales send the Proforma Invoice. |
| 3. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt. |
| 4. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time. |
| 5. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
| 6. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
| 7. Clients make payment for balance and We Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |
| 8. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them . |
| 9. Feedback to us about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better. |
