Small capacity site concrete mixing plant for sale
With a semi-mobile batching plant, it is possible to produce concrete at the same place over a longer period and then move on to new jobs. The robust container frame is equipped with a draw hook, which allows the batching plant to be pulled on to a lorry with a hook hoist. Alternatively, it can be lifted on to a lorry with a crane.

Planetary mixer |
Planetary mixer is special designed for the mobile mixing plant. The mixer will help you mix the concrete in 40s, with power 18.5KW, discharging 500L. The discharging way is hydraulic discharging, automatic or manual are selestable. Opening size can be controlled, so it can feed your requirements on the discharging. At the same time, there are two sensors on the planetary mixer, they can ensure the staff's safety.

The batching plants require no poured foundation and they can be placed on any even surface. You can start producing concrete within a few hours after the batching plant is erected. All you have to do is connect electricity, water and any other equipment, and fill sand and gravel in the hoppers.
The powerful pan mixer is equipped with adjustable mixing arms with robust mixing shovels and side scrapers, providing a short cycle time and a high, uniform concrete quality. A high quality is also ensured by the integrated control system, which controls and monitors all processes and connected equipment, e.g. a belt conveyor and/or cement silos.
