Features of concrete batching plant
1. The concrete batching plant is a large-scale concrete mixing equipment, combining material storage, measurement and mixing, with high output.
The equipment, which adopts forced mixer with double horizontal shafts as its matching principal machine with 3.8m concrete unloading height, can mix all kinds of concrete, especially hard concrete
2. Applicable for projects of architectures, water and electricity, highways, ports, docks and bridges in medium scale as well as large-and-medium scale preformed unit plants and concrete manufacturing plants.
3. Microcomputer control and electronic scale weighing guarantee high measuring accuracy and small error.
4. Functions include screen display, batching storage, automatic gap compensation and manual system which makes manual and automatic control available in mixing process.
In addition, the equipment is equipped with printing system and can be installed with monitoring system according to user demand to realize concentrated control and integral management of the entire equipment.
