Concrete Dosing Machine PL1200
Concrete batching machine is mainly used for preparation of concrete mixture. Each set of batching machine can combine with mixer of different model to form mixing station for all kinds of architectural engineering construction sites and concrete constructional element plants, effectively reducing labor intensity and raising output rate. The machine features simple structure, reliable application and convenient maintenance and operation. It can guarantee effectively the concrete quality because of accurate measurement. The machine mainly comprises storing system made up of three aggregate hoppers, measuring system and belt conveyor (discharging system). On bottom of aggregate hoppers, switch doors under cylinder control are installed to cast materials to the measuring hopper measurement according to the signal of batching controlling instrument. Vibrator is installed on gravel storage hopper to avoid gravel arch camber. Belt conveyor is driven by one to two motorized pulleys to realize one-way or two-way unloading, supplying materials to one or two mixers in the same time.
