Features of Concrete Batcher :
1. PL800 batching machine is a kind of modified concrete batching equipment and used
toprepare concrete mixture. It can prepare 2 or 3 kinds of material, adopts electronic scale
measuring, automatic batching program control. It is of higher batching accuracy, higher
speed, strong applicability; easy to operate and reliable to use. The mixture ratio can be
regulated freely, simple and intuitive.
2. PL800 batching machine, along with JS350 and JS500, can be combined into a conc-
rete mixing station, which is used in large, medium water and electricity engineering, buil-
ding site, and concrete prefabricated part factory. And it is ideal equipment to improve pr-
oduction efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and guarantee concrete quality.
3. The machine is composed of feeding system, weighing system and electrical system etc.
The main parts: conveyor and hopper. Conveyor is a belt feeder, with a precisely weighing
system (control lever & single sensor).
