2:What's your MOQ? Can I mix types and colors?

Usually our MOQ is 1ton per model. can mixed types and colors. can do customized colors.

3:Whats about sample? do you supply free sample? do you charge sample fee? How long can sample supply?

Can do customized sample, can supply sample within 5days if have in stock, around 10-30days for customized sample. Sample fee will be returned once your order reaches to us.

4:What about the packing?

Usually we pack in roll/bundle, with a woven  bag outside. However,  if you need other different packing way, it's ok.

6: What about  the Warranty?

Goods will be checked well before delivery, so usually you will receive your order in good condition.But to avoid any subsequent troubles regarding quality issues, we suggest you to check the ropes once you receive them, and let us know in details if any damaged ones so that we can deal with it accordingly.
