Characteristics of Polyurethane marine buoy:
·Enviroment friendly:
1.The Polyurethane buoy is self-colored, with an environmental pigment., without any pollution to the environment.
2.The Polyurethane tail tube has good chemical stability. It won’t be decomposed in seawater within decades and no pollution.
·Maintenance free:
1. No painting requirement in the first 10 service years which saving labor and material recources.
2. No adhesion to the marine growth, no cleaning required .
·Excellent impact resistance:
1.The buoy is high in flexibility and hardness(the hardness of floater material is 40HR , while steel material is 45HR), So it can absorb the energy rapidly and restore itself when being impacted by external power.
2.With light weight and small inertia, when being impacted, the buoy can shift to resolve the impact force quickly, which can avoid being damaged.
3.With a high flexibility, tensile and tear strength, the safety of the floating body is greatly enhanced.
4.The floating body is designed with a special structure, casting the density of polyurethane foam>45kg/m3 , which can not only prevent the entering of water, but also support the floating body strongly.
5.The guard ring of lantern won’t be damaged by crash.
