The document and storage&transportation team will closely track the production progress, send feedbacks on dynamic condition of goods to the customers in a timely manner, and arrange shipment in accordance with the instructions of customers; meanwhile, it will also cooperate with the excellent freight forwarding companies and warehouses, and assign full-time personnel to supervise the packing in order to reduce the probability of product loss and damage. Even if there are a dozen of products manufactured by different plants in a same container, Ningshing quality control team will also perform the factory inspection on each kind of product before shipment so as to ensure that the goods can fully meet customers’ demand upon arrival. The precise financial accounting and training can enable the salesmen to learn about the costs and expenses of each business link and ensure that the salesmen can provide better service for customers and provide reasonable and accurate quotation.
