You can get the quotation after you give us your drawing, the quantity you need, the weight of your product and the material you need.
2. If we don’t have drawing, can you make drawing for me?
Yes, we make the drawing of your sample and duplicate the sample.
3. When can I get the sample?
Normally you can get the sample 35-40 days after you start to make mold. The accurate time depends on your product.
4. What is your main order time?
Our main order time is 35-40 days after the payment. The accurate time depends on your product.
5. What is your payment method?
Tooling, 100% TT advanced.
Main order: 30% deposit, balance 70% to be paid before shipment.
6. Can I get a free sample?
If the price of the product is under $10, we can send you a free sample, but you have to pay the freight.
7. Can I get the analysis of chemical constituents?
Yes, we can provide it.
8. What is your surface treatment?
There are zinc plating-yellow, zinc plating-coloring, hot-dip galvanizing, electrophoresis, chrome plating, copper plating, nickel plating, powder coating, sand blasting, painting, original color, polishing, phosphate, skiving, acid pickling, mechanical polishing, electrochemical polishing, anodizing, alodine, dacromet, electrophoresis, stoving varnish, enamel, Teflon.

11. If you export to our country before, can I get the information of your import customer in our country?
We can’t offer you all the information of our customer because we have duty to protect our customers’ privacy. But we can provide you some part of B/L.
