PFM Screen Super Mesh
This mesh use a wire imported from Japan,which has 2 times higher tensile strength copared to the common domestic wires and an extremely low elongation rate of 3-5%.This screen printing mesh shows extraordinary performace in printing that requires fine patterns and demensional accuracy.
PFM Screen CalenderMesh
This process enables mesh to achieve thinner thickness that is not possible with a regular woven screen.Our process technology enhanced thickness uniformity/flat-lying characteristics of mesh to achieve smoother squeegeeing.This stainless steel printing screen shows its capabilities in improving uniformity of film thickness,reducing printing thickness,supprior egde definition,and printing dimensional accuracy.
Producing process
1:Warp beaming
2:We will accord to your needs to mesh count,to calculate how much do you need stainless steel wire
3:Making mesh
4:Calendering.To making it thinner and obtaning flat
5:Packing.Waterproof paper inside and air bubble film outside,then put them into the plywood case
During making the mesh,we will use special rular to measure the mesh,checking it whether right.
When finished the mesh,we will use special tools to clean the mesh.
