General description

Reamer is one of the most important equipment of suction dredger, the process of suction dredging is mainly by reamer head to fulfill. The type and size depends on the suction dredging technical specifications (reamer power, move transversely winch power, revolving speed of reamer, the weight of the bridge frame and so on) and the soil property.

Types

Open reamer helical angle and separation distance of blade is a little bit big, loosen the soil effect is not sogood, applies to dig sand soil
Closed reamer helical angle and separation distance of blade is smaller, loosen the soil effect is better, applies to dig clay soil
Tooth form reamer, equipped with relevant reamer applies for most soil property.
