2014 high output peanut blanching machine
The series of electricity heating blanching machine is made of stainless steel. The temperature can be controlled. It is used for the scalding and coloring of the peanut, the processing procedures before decortications of peanut red skin, soybeans and broad beans, and the processing of meat balls and fish balls.

Operation instructions
1. Connect power supply —three thick lines and one null line.The indicator light will be on.
2. Set the temperature of the water to the level that the ensuing food processing requires.Usually for the peanut,the temperature is about 60 °Cor 70°C .
3, Inject water to the machine till it fills 50% of the volume. Switch on the machine.The heating indicator will be on.
4, When the water is heated to the required temperature, put the food into the material basket.The blanching time for the peanut is about 5 minutes.After finishing the first batch,then take out the peanut,you can continue the next batch.
