I. Application of maize dehusking machine

YTPS series maize dehusking machine is used to remove the hull or peel of maize. The machine can be used in the peeling and degerminating process of corn milling line. It can also be used for primary and further peeling process in beer and feed factories.

II. Working principles of maize dehusking machine:

The corn kernels were hulled by the friction of the roller and the sifter. The discharging outlet can be adjusted by the pressure valve.By decreasing the outlet,the time for the material in the hulling chamber is increased to make sure the effective friction of the corn kernels and machine parts thus to increase the peeling effect.
