PET scraps granulator machine
Plastic crusher machine suitable for old and useless pp strapping band and has such feature as following:
1) As applying to sound insulation device, less than noise level is attained;
2). Apply for demountable blade to drive, operator can separately disassemble down blade after blunt, and then sharpen it;
3) Self-researched and self-developed, also self-improved in use, it is the auxiliary equipment specially applied for bundling strip in our in our Corporation;
4 High safety coefficient, after use by user and operator working for the Corporation, most of them are responded to its convenience, promptness and high throughput .
Purpose:To crush and clean the bottle body, put the bottle flakes into the rinse tank automatically, bottles of tablets can be crushed into fragments ranging from 10mm-25mm.

Parameter: Width:600mm, height:1500mm, length: 2100mm, fixed knife: four, six-piece rotary cutter with wheels 500mm, electric power :22kw, capacity:500kg/h.
