Neweek automatic 1 ton hourly rotary book glue cutting and cover removing machine
1. Book rubber cutting and cover removing machine is a machine that cuts book ruber and removes covers in order to process recycled paper.
2. Through the CAM the machine fixes books. The books rotate to the position of rapidly rotating circular saw blade and then rubber is cut off and falls from the first exit.
3. The books continue to rotate to the second exit, inside pages fall.
4. And because of the vacuum sucker covers do not fall off. Continue to rotate to the third exit, vacuum sucker deflates, covers fall off, work is done!
5. There are six entrances, three exits including a inside pages-- exit, a cutting glue --exit and a book covers --exit.
6. The machine is easy to operate,high efficiency,reducing the labor of man.
