This wood Chipper is mainly composed of cutter head, shaft, bearing shell, frame, etc. The wood first go into the blade cutting mouth,then into the chipper room, produced by wind leaf (four pieces) high-speed wind sends out the mouth, the wood chips size is limited from 2 cm to 5 cm (adjustable).
Usage and the attention:
one: poshing the cutters. The angle of the cutter could less then 37°, when you use the grinding wheel to polish the cutters, you need to add the cooling fluid to avoid the cutter to anneal.
Two: fix of the cutter. Change the cutters’ position, to make the cutting edge out the tray, Horizontal plane between 0.8 to 1.5cm, and fix the bolt press to avold the cutters move and break the machines.
Three: change of the movable cutters. The space between fixed cutter and the movable cutters is from 1-2 mm.
Four: before turn on the machine. Check all the screws. To make the workers safe.
Five: when the machine is working. Feeding the raw wood after all the parts are working well. Forbidden turning on the machine with wood. Forbidden feeding the hands into the feeding holes. Stop the machine ASAP when any unusual sounds are made by the machines.
Six: the workers should stand on the side of the feeding hole to avoid the accidentce
Seven: forbidden to feed the stone, brick, or metal etc to avoid break the machine and the cutters.
Eight: fix the machine on the concret and smooth ground.
Different machines, the package will be different.
