Common Problems and solutions for piezoelectric transducer:

Technical knowledge for piezoelectric transducer
Electrical factors that affect the accuracy:
1. two-wire current output A2, maximum load, linear precision lower than minimum load 0.02%FS
2. three-wire current output type A3, maximum load, linear precision lower than minimum load 0.04%FS
3. voltage-output V1,V2 for empty, you need to load, load resistance cannot be less than 500kΩand precision than when you unloaded decreased 0.25%FS
4. resistance output type R-load type, you need to load, load resistance cannot be less than 500kΩ and accuracy than when you unloaded decreased 0.25%FS.
Precision Note:
1. when the callout parameter is a charged load test values, minimum load linear precision will raise about 0.02%FS
2. excessive load will cause the product does not work properly, or damage the product

Principle for piezoelectric transducer
Draw-wire displacement sensor measures linear movements using a highly flexible steel cable. The cable drum is attached to a sensor element which provides a proportional output signal.
