Pellet cooler and separator
1.LQ series cooler works by cooling humid granular material transfer process.
2.It is mainly used for feed mill pellet feed Granulation Process and cooling, making from the pellet mill to produce temperatures of up to 70-90 °C. Moisture 14% -16% of the pellets.
3.Cooled to room temperature, slightly higher than the temperature, the moisture required to achieve the national water below, after cooling of the particles, an increase of hardness, but also to prevent mildew, easy screening of pellet feed, transport and storage.
4.Adopting counter flow cooling theory, pellet can be cooled fully and equally .Slide valve discharging is used to make the operation stable and the material discharging easy and smooth.
