Luwei bolted-type silo is used for storing bulk materials such as cement, powder, lime, gypsum, fly ash, different binder materials, gravel, limestone, sand and different chippings. 2. Silo structure introduction
1. Various capacity and customized silo. The capacity of bolted-type silo ranges from 50T to 3000T flexible. We can design and manufacture the silo according to customer's requirement.
2.Fully equipped factory. With mature special cutting and drilling technology, all parts are specially cleaned on the surface, and then well painted both inside and outside.
3. Professional packing and loading. All parts of silo can be packing into bundles with short loading time and little space. Whatever large size of silo, it can be shipped into container by sea to all over the world.
4. Easy assembly. All the parts of silo can be well assembled with the help of English Installation Instruction Program. The construction will be safe and efficient.
5. Unique sealing technology. Luwei bolted-type silo has triple reliable seal protection.
6. Recycling use. Luwei bolted type silo is convenient to install and remove. It realizes to recycle on different construction sites and long-term service life. Also the cost for secondary investment can be reduced as well as the delivery time can be shorted.

2). Assemble component parts.
3). Connect component part.
4). Reverse silo.
5). Erect the silo and connect to the foundation.
