Used for: Luwei bolted-type silo is used for storing bulk materials such as grains, cement, powder, lime, gypsum, fly ash, different binder materials, gravel, limestone, sand and different chippings, cement brick making machine.
Application: Luwei bolted-type silo is mainly used in many areas, such as construction material, chemical engineering, energy resources, environmental protection and foodstuff, like loading and unloading plants, dosing-weighing and mixing plants, batching plant, concrete batch plant.

3. Product features
1) Various capacity and customized silo. The capacity of bolted-type silo ranges from 50T to 2000T flexible. All the data of silos is calculated by TJU (Tongji University), it considers strength of silo, resistance coefficient of the typhoon and bending resistance coefficient.

4) Easy assembly. All the parts of silo can be well assembled with the help of English Installation Instruction Program. The construction will be safe and efficient.

5) Unique sealing technology. Luwei bolted-type silo has triple reliable seal protection.
First, the compaction degree of special sealing strip is from 5 mm to 1 mm. The strong elasticity effect fill in the full of all possible apertures after the screw bolts are fasten. It can withstand 200 degree heat. Even in the field environment, it can maintain long-term sealing effectiveness.
Second, it will leave some tiny gap after compact the special sealing strips. However, our silo has the clever design which has the perfect sealing affection: when the materials are input to the silo for the first time, the fine dust of material wills automatic drill into the gap.
Third, the liquid glue is placed outside the special sealing strip; it will extend the service life of the article seal and prevent long time moisture infiltration in the rainy season.

6) Recycling use. Luwei bolted type silo is convenient to install and remove. It realizes to recycle on different construction sites and long-term service life. Also the cost for secondary investment can be reduced as well as the delivery time can be shorted.
4. Silo accessories introduction
Luwei can provide silo accessories together with silo, such as screw conveyor, arch breaker device, butterfly valve, relief valve, level indicator, dust filter etc for concrete batching plant.
