Charcoal briquette machine is designed to press the low bulk density biomass materials into high density and energy concentrated hollow fuel briquettes by high temperature and high pressure technical process. The moisture of residue materials should be below 12%. Our charcoal briquette machine is with dual-purpose. It can be used in two different productions with different processing flow chart.
Features of briquetter machine maker
1. Featured with simple structure, convenient operation, small size, covering little space, labor saving and power saving.
2. Equipped with automatic electric heating device, the material humidity can be adjusted at all times to ensure the molding effect.
3. The main parts of the machine are made of wear resistant material with specific treatment that can ensure continuous production and durability.
4. Suitable for pressing various biomass materials, low power consumption and high production efficiency.
5. The machine is equipped with four bearings, improving the stability and durability of the machine.
6. Lubricating adopts oil-immersed lubrication, which can be used for many years if there is enough oil.
7. Enlarged screw pitch can increase the feeding amount and improve the yield.
8. Improved forming cylinder structure can reduce the friction between the machine and raw materials, and increase the density of briquettes.
Application of briquetter machine maker
The charcoal briquette machine is widely used for pressing charcoal briquettes with agricultural and industrial wastes, such as sawdust, rice husks, sugar cane trash, coffee husks, coir pith, sugarcane bagasse, jute sticks, silk cotton pods, groundnut shells, mustard stalks, cotton stalks and corn stalks etc. The charcoal briquettes are featured with long burning time, great firepower, smokeless and odorless, suitable for BBQ, family and industrial use.
Why Use the Charcoal Briquettes?
1.Smokeless: the charcoal briquettes burn without any smoke during ignition and burning.
2.Low Ash content: minimum residual ash is formed.
3.Odorless: the charcoal briquettes contain minimum evaporative substances, thus eliminating the possibility of odor.
4.Longer burning hours: two times longer burning hours compared to wood charcoal.
5.Sparkless: these charcoal briquettes will not produce sparks as compared to wood charcoal.
6.Less crack or better strength: less crack or better strength make the charcoal burn for a longer time.
