What kind of material can be used to process?
More than 20 types of seeds such as peanuts, canola, sesame, copra, cottonseeds, hazelnut, linseed, oil palm kernel, pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, walnuts can be processed by our screw oil press. More types are to be developed
What is the requirement of material and moisture content? The oil content should above 20%, moisture content is around 11%.
Is the oil edible directly?
No, oil filtration process is needed
Does the seeds need pre-processing such as drying?
First pressing, is extracted with using roasting or drying (a hot press), Second pressing, is extract without using roasting or drying( a cold press).
Does the screw oil press need to be heated?
Yes, it does. Preheat with dry oil cake for 30 minutes before feeding seeds normally.
