FEATURES:
The gear box is the sixth generation product with the newest transmission concepts in Germany. The transmission efficiency is over 94%, the service life is 150,000 hours. It may be used for tem years without fault under the normal condition. Only self-maintenance is needed every year to replace oil and oil seal. The coupling is a torque limiter made in Britain with automatic overload protection, which can automatic reset.
Barrels use forged pieces and the layers of heating and cooling are compact forging structure.
Inner sleeve of barrel and spiral adopt high abrasion resistance alloy steel, which extend service life greatly. The normal service life of inner sleeve is up to 150,000 hours, spiral is up to 8,000 hours.
Main motor adopts frequency conversion motor.
Precision of spiral is level 6, which has 150,000 hours service life. The precision and intensity are better.
This machine can manufacture various shapes of sinking and floating feedstuff pellets with diameter between Ø0.5mm-Ø50mm, and no powder produced.
There is no any effect on extrusion, even the grease of feedstuff material is over 18%.
Feedstuff material can be cooked more fully and proportionally.
Comparing with single-screw extruder in the same power, the output of this machine increases nearly 50%.
Comparing with single-screw extruder, starch in the formula can be reduced 30%.
This machine can produce floating, slow-sinking and quick-sinking pellet feedstuff.
APPLICATION RANGE
Widely used in production of aquatic feedstuff (floating, slow-sinking, quick-sinking feedstuff) and pet food, and also used in producing histone and leisure food in food process.
