Description:
BX series Wood chipper is the special equipment for the production of wood chips, and widely used in particleboard mill, medium and high-density fiberboard factory, stubble plant, biomass power plant, wood chip plant and other industries. It's the first choice for the manufacture factories before material preparing process.
This product is with advanced structure, high quality cutting blade material, convenient operating maintenance. The main cutting materials are undersized log, residues for wood cutting & processing (such as branches, slab, strip, Core log, waste veneer, etc.), and it can also be used to cutting non-wood materials (such as sugarcane, reed, bamboo, etc).
The machine is consist of airframe, knife roll, the upper and under feed rollers, conveyor and hydraulic system,
etc. The body is welded with high strength steel plate, it's the supporting foundation of the whole machine.
The knife roller installs two or three, four knives, with specially made knife bolt, through the pressure block, and fixed knife on the knife roller. According to the different thickness of the cutting materials, the upper feed roll assembly can fluctuate within a certain range by the hydraulic systems. Qualified sheet stock falls through the sieve holes after chipping, and is discharged from the bottom, large sheet stock cutted in the machine.
The hydraulic system: when oil puts into from the oil pump to the oil cylinder, cover cap can be lifted up easily for replacement of blades; the upper feed roller assembly can be lifted up when maintenance, and it's easy to adjust the gap between knife and bedknife and the comb plate dismounting.
