Beer filling machine with different production capacities
Working process of semi automatic beer bottling machine beer filling machine
1. First introduce the beer source into the beer source tube before bottling
2. Check the gas supply is connected properly and the pressure relief valve meets all requirements
3. Open the beer source and air control valve
4. Put the bottle onto the positioning plate, two bottles each time
5. Slide cylinder control valve handle, cylinder driven bottle rises until bottle sealed
6. Put the preparation pressure control valve to the position of prepared pressure position, turn it off when the pressure gauge pressure reaches 0.12Mpa.
7. Open the beer intake valve after the bottle is sealed, put the C02 preparation pressure valve handle into vertical direction on the left, then begin the filling process. Turn off the beer intake valve when the beer amounts meets requirement.
8. Wait 15 seconds after turning off the beer intake valve. When the pressure gauge shows “0”, counter-clockwise rotation cylinder valve handle, and cylinder declines. After the stationary of cylinder, remove the bottle , thus finishing the entire filling process.
