Details of AUS-FM800-6 Chalk machine:
1. with 6 moulds, needing 2 person to operate
2. electric mixing slurry
3. capacity is 24,000~32,000 pieces/hour
4. Machine weight is 600 kg, and volume is 2.5m3
5. needing 5 person to pack chalks
Making chalks process:
1. Brushing oil evenly on the mould, new mould should brush more oil;
2. Water supply: step on the water supply switch, water flows into mixer bucket automatically
3. Pouring quantitative gypsum powder (calcium sulphate) into mixer bucket and closing the lid
4. Turning on the power, mixing for 3~5 mins.
5 Turning the switch on the bottom of mixer bucket, make the mixture into mould. Then using scraper smear mixture into mould hole
6. Using finger to try the hardness of chalks in the hole, when feeling stiff, to turn the mould down, putting into the tray, then operating automatic ejection structure, all the chalks will be pushed put one time.
7. Drying chalks: drying chalks under the sun, or putting them into chalk dryer machine

General Introduction
1. This AUS-FM800 series chalk machine is the most advanced dustless chalk manufacturing equipment with high quality. Special motor is used and slurry is mixed evenly. Comparing with other molds, its capacity is 10 times higher.
2. The chalk making machine is supplied water automatically, mixing material by electric mixer, filling mould, taking off mould. All the work is in a round assembly-line, fully automatic.
3. They can be used to make white chalks and colorful chalks. For colorful chalks, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown colors are available. For chalk shapes, we can offer round head chalk moulds, square head chalk moulds and six prism chalk moulds. All chalks are dustless chalks
4. 2-3 days are needed to dry chalks under the sun, and the actual time depends on the weather. If you have a dryer, the chalks will be dried within 5-6 hours. Chalk drying machine is availabe too, if you need.
5. for the raw materials, if you make white chalks, only need gypsum powder (calcium sulphate); If you make colorful chalks, need gypsum powder and color paste.
