1. Brief introduction of medlar mesh belt dryer
The fruit and vegetable dryer is a kind of drying equipment that through electrical heating, steam heating and natural gas heating in taking advantage of steel mesh as transmission band to carry materials for continuous drying. Directly deliver the suppressed finished product ball to table conveyor through conveyor, evenly distribute the finished product ball in dryer through scraper blade located in the upper point of table conveyor in order to increase air permeability of ball and achieve drying.
The dryer can be also customized as your special needs.
2.Working principle of medlar mesh belt dryer
DW series fruit and vegetable dryer is a continuous convective drying processor of which the drying of product takes place on ventilated conveyor belts.
After wet material is evenly fed onto the top layer of drying belt via the belt conveyor feeding system, the moving drying belt transports the wet material to the other end an drop onto the beneath layer of drying belt. The beneath drying belt then transports the wet material and moves in opposite direction until dropping onto the third layer of drying belt. At the same time, hot air is evenly blown into the dryer via the bottom air distributor. With the help of exhaust fan, the hot air penetrates the wet material on each layer of drying belt for heat transfer and take away the evaporated moisture. When wet material reaches the bottom drying belt, it is dried for discharging.
3. Features of medlar mesh belt dryer
a. Hot air go through material layer from bottom to top and from top to bottom, it increases the contact area of material and hot air and also the drying intensity.
b. We adopt unique internal air blowing device. It not only increases the relative speed of material and hot air and drying intensity but also the uniform drying of materials.
c. It is fully enclosed structure. There is no outer air pipes except the dehumidifying air pipe, thus the materials won’t be polluted and the heat efficiency and working condition are improved.
d. It is easy to contact with all parts inside the main machine, so it's easy for cleaning.
e. The belt speed can be controlled easily to guarantee the final moisture of products.
f. Easy to assemble, after assembling the conveyor elevator the machines can be working.

5.Technical advantages of medlar mesh belt dryer
1. Wide applications: Multi belt dryer is specially designed for drying those wet material which need long residence time. The residence time of this DW multi belt dryer is adjustable from 30 minutes to 90 minutes based on the required drying technique.
2. Energy-saving: The five-layer drying belts are completely installed inside a well insulated drying chamber which can considerably reduce heat loss. The hot air is blown into the belt dryer from the bottom and then penetrates through each layer of wet material which can enhance heat transfer and reduce heat loss in exhaust gas.
3. Uniform drying: The drying chamber has five drying zones and the specially designed air distributor can make sure uniform air flow in each drying zone to guarantee uniform drying.
4. Easy operation and maintenance: The whole drying system is highly automatic. The simple but practical design (The dryer only use one blower and exhaust fan) can not only reduce production cost but also the maintenance and repair cost.
